makes things that do not exist yet but should. Often incorporating human anatomy, text and buckets of ink, her work ranges from block prints to soft sculpture, embroidered paper to canvas. Currently living and working in Philadelphia, Pa., she occasionally makes public speaking appearances giving tours at the College of Physicians of Philadelphia's Mütter Museum, a source of endless inspiration and amusing, if slightly disturbing, anecdotes. She is on an eternal quest for the perfect self-portrait and happily suspects she will never find it.
She conducts the 29th Street Experiment with great enthusiasm (and protective eyewear), is an active mail art participant and member of the Handmade Revolution.
